Naadham is the Safe and Sound Protocol app plus a weekly live group Q&A, 19 self-paced video lessons and a library of guided meditations, all built specifically for the South Asian experience. No labels, no diagnosis required, just a nervous system that finally gets to stand down.
Built by Sangheetha Parthasarathy, founder of South Asian Somatics.

Naadham is built inside South Asian Somatics, the framework Sangheetha created for nervous system work that actually accounts for South Asian family systems, immigration, patriarchy, and the very specific shame that shows up around focus, rest, ambition and worth. It was designed for this experience from the ground up, not adapted from somewhere else.
People who've already done the insight work, therapy, journaling, meditation, and are still getting flooded by things they can name but can't stop. People who want somewhere to bring their questions each week, not just an app timer. People for whom "just relax" has never once worked, because relaxing was never the missing skill.

A handful of conditions need a doctor's okay before starting this, or SSP shouldn't be used at all:
No. One payment, three months of access, nothing auto-renews and there's nothing to cancel.
For Connect, you don't need special headphones, a speaker works too. Core needs standard over-ear headphones, not noise-cancelling ones and not earbuds, because those filter the sound in ways that work against the protocol.
For most medications, yes, this isn't a drug and there's no interaction to worry about. If you're on antipsychotic medication or have a specific concern, check with your doctor before you start, otherwise you're fine to keep taking what you're already on.
The self-serve option is the Unyte SSP app with the Connect and Core pathways, a companion page, one free guided meditation and email support, and you listen on your own. Naadham has all of that, plus a weekly live group Q&A every Sunday at 11 AM IST, 19 self-paced video lessons built specifically for the South Asian experience, and a library of guided meditations.
No. The weekly live group Q&A is where you bring your questions about the protocol. If something comes up that needs real clinical support, we'll point you to a mental health practitioner, that's outside the scope of this program.
Every bit helps. We stop at the end of the program and all progress made counts, there's no penalty for pausing.
Refunds are issued if program access fails to activate. Once access is working, we don't offer refunds for a completed purchase, so it's worth being sure this is the right fit before you start.
